What option 4 does? I'm trying to save my animals but do I really have give it a symbolic tap on the head?

DEFCON Level 5 All citizens and army personnel are to take shelter immediately from the nuclear radiation before the launch of the nukes.
Well, if you're trying to save the animals but don't want the tap thing, go with option one.
