So I have an issue with an issue (248):

In some places (relatively short distance), high speed rail is as fast, if not faster, than airplanes, if you take into consideration checking in, boarding, taxing, security, and baggage claim. There should be the option of heavily investing into rail, or at least, removing the working much slower.
