I've received Issue 121 (the Uniform Plan one). I'm considering a response, but I'd like to know what effects the issue might have on my nation. Could someone either a) gen me up on what said issue does or b) politely point me in the direction of the appropriate thread?

Saying yes to the uniforms increase school spending. I think lower civil rights a little.

I've seen crime increase for refusing the uniforms and allowing the kids to come in dressed however they like.
I’m mostly here for... something to do, I suppose.
