I was wondering about how long it takes to get a reply on a submitted issue. I submitted an issue at least a month ago, and have received no reply. Does this mean it has been rejected, or that it just hasn't reached the editors yet?

It will be a long while. The thing is, there are plenty of people submitting issues, but only a few (if that) reading them. Our old dedicated issue admin retired, which means people with additional responsibilities have had to add issues to their list. So, there's quite a significant backlog on top of the usual backlog of issues. I've heard of people not hearing anything about their issues for over a year. (Not that I can prove those claims, since I'm just an editor.)
