The title says it all. How do you submit a daily issue? Do you have to be a game administrator or forum moderator? Or can anyone submit one? :blink:

It takes about 3 months to reach 500 million. By then I'm sure you've had the time to read the relevant sticky in this forum about issue writing. Good luck!
