About taxes.

Postby Volnotova » Tue Mar 15, 2011 9:51 am

Please make it so that taxes are only increased when an options specifically states it relies on an increase in taxes.

I just opened up a Beauty contest to men, and suddenly I get a 1% increase in taxes(Wtf?).

Please fix this, so that taxes are only increased when the option chosen specifically states it will.

It's really simple: anything costing money will raise taxes. It has to be paid for, right?

And why would tax-consequences be spelled out specifically, but not consequences for education funding (which is my #1 priority) ? Or social welfare, or... anything else really. Wouldn't that mean spelling out the consequences for each choice? But sadly, that would also ruin the fun a bit, IMHO.

I don't see how openening a beauty contest to men raises taxes by 1%.

It's probably creates a bureaucratic agency to make sure that such law gets enforced, hence higher taxes.

And since you want to be anarchist...
