Now, most of the Stickies to do with issues and/or technical I've read say that "You do get every issue you are qualified for. You should receive it if you fit the requirements for it.", or any variation thereof. Now, I don't know if this has happened to anyone else yet, but, I am at 482 million population and have not received the issue of naming my capital city. I have met the requirements of a 250 million population; yet I haven't had the issue. Is there like a certain amount of issues I need to answer before I can answer this one? Because I've only been using this account for a few months and the first issue I answered was at around the 240-ish mark.
Does this mean that I'll now need to wait for a set amount of issues to pass? Is there something wrong? Is it just because of a late start? Thanks.
