Quick Question Regarding Founders/Delegates

This shouldn't take long.
If a delegate has full access to the regional controls, locks the region, and bans the founder, then the founder can't return, correct?

Incorrect. (Edit - that's addressed at LR) The founder can always access the regional controls of the region they're founder for, even if they're not in the region, or banned from the region.

I wonder why you ask...

too bad there is 47 nations to go, and he's only a minnow in influence. I somehow doubt this will succeed. Someones bound to contact the founder, or the founder will eventually log in, and notice himself not in his region. At least in the few years that it would take to eject everyone.

What if the founder CTEs? Does he still maintain admin rights to the region?

If the founder nation is re-founded, then yes - it would have access to regional controls again, so long as the region hasn't been re-founded by someone else in the meantime.

If the region is totally empty, yes.
