What the statement notes is that Europeia is fully aware of who does know the leaker's identity and what region is protecting said identity, so this is technically true at best. TRR, meanwhile, is left entirely in the dark as to who is leaking their private discussions and comes out of this with nothing but the knowledge that their "allies" are utterly untrustworthy. I have no particular love for either side here, but there's no denying Europeia utterly beat TRR.

Sad to see Europeia has gotten away with its bullshit once again. At best Europeia has information about a region spying on the rejected realms and at worst Europeia is that region. That fact has not changed. As a Citizenship councilor of The Rejected Realms I can not in good faith participate in operations with the European Republican Navy as long as the Europeian government continues to shelter the spy within our region. As such I have left Libcord this morning and urge anyone that cares about democracy and the rule of law on Nationstates to do the same. It's sad to see regions that are supposed to be historical allies of The Rejected Realms run to the defense of Euorpeia on this rather than take the side of the injured party. Congratulations Europeia and Balder you got what you wanted.

Many if not most TRR citizens do not consider this to be resolved. It will only be resolved once Europeia gives up the information they have on a spy within TRR or if you believe them about not knowing the identity then whichever region is spying on TRR.

There is more than likely no spy. Leaker, obviously, but no spy. At best this is an exaggeration. Amerion's investigation included several follow-up questions from multiple delegations (not just TRR and Europeia), and he made it quite clear that it was "very unlikely" that the leaker had joined TRR "covertly".

To be fair, I'm not sure I've ever met anyone who dislikes or distrusts Amerion (maybe the Lazarus coupers? That's all I can come up with). I doubt he has an vindicative bone in his body. He's a better guy than most GPers.
