Hi, I think all OOC related accusations should be backed up with evidence. I don't really have much details about your case Souls other than "something blackmail" or whatever. I know a slight bit more about Escade and Tim, but haven't been given a full breakdown nor went and read shit.

Because of lack of knowledge, I have no official opinion here. Personally though, I rather do hope that again any OOC accusations are backed up with evidence. Even if there is supposed evidence I think in the least other regional administrators should be informed for community security reasons. Bad OOC behaviours shouldn't be taken lightly and should never be ignored and swept under the rug or obfuscated.

In the worst cases it's straight up defamation and an injustice.

We recently had the Imki case which was an issue that goes back an entire year!

I urge any party that accuses anyone of OOC misbehaviour to be responsible and back up their claims. Keeping the issue in an oubliette only known by a select and potentially very biased few is very shady. Mind you, I'm not making any implication at any specific party here, but literally any party present and future in the NSGP community.

For the past few years there's been an uphike in railing against and blacklisting troublesome OOC behaviours. People need to be frank about these issues. We can't have an NSGP community standard that says we must denounce X while turning a blind eye to Y. Either we investigate, share, and punish those that cross the bounds of what's okay or we just stop doing that entirely. I don't recommend the latter at all, but at least that's black and white and not some double standard hypocrisy.

Again, that's a personal opinion, lacking enough knowledge on situations happening or had happened in relation to TSP and certain individuals, not an official opinion.

Just a friendly request that you folks not elect Souls as your Delegate (yes, he's actually running!), as a pro-IJCC TRR that is hostile to every other GCR except Balder is not in TRR's interests or any other GCR's interests except, well, Balder. Also, if you don't think he will set to work doing everything he can to dismantle your alliance with TSP, you haven't been paying attention. Souls is a great person and a great player, but he is a player who is not on TRR's side or the side of its friends and allies. That can't be denied. So I hope you'll all consider that more heavily than the incumbent Delegate's endorsement of him.

Also, the irony of this post immediately following a post about my omniscience is not lost on me...

I am an entirely serious candidate, and have made no secret of my intent to eventually explore TRR, going back years. It's the only mechanically unique region in the game, and I find that interesting. I became a citizen a bit back on a whim, and was spurred to run now entirely because several people asked me - I refused the first few times, and then relented.

We'll see how it goes! If you're concerned about my FA stances, you're welcome to go read my candidacy thread where I go into some questions about that.

This election will be interesting. There's now 6 confirmed contenders, one pending contender, and a surplus of popcorn-summoning drama.

Before that, I was part of the grassroots trying to recover TSP from the Milocoup. If anyone recalls Johto and Kanto, we were decent friends for a while after that until he sorta faded from the game.

Regardless, bonne chance on the hustings. I’m sure rejects will give your campaign, fair consideration. The delegate seat in TRR doesn’t belong to defenders, it belongs to all rejects regardless of background and circumstance. We all come to TRR for different reasons; at the end of the day, the only thing that really matters as far as the constitution is concerned is whether you like the Ramones.

But it should be common sense not to vote for him, rather than a case of me telling you not to vote for him. It would be literally absurd for TRR to elect him, and his election would destabilize most, if not all of TRR's alliances and push TRR toward the IJCC regions. Hopefully you folks understand that, because it's certainly not rocket science.

It's not like I'm posting on TRR's RMB, sending regional telegrams about it, or trying to get voters into TRR to vote the way I want. I'm just a guy on a message board with an opinion.
