EYES Intelligence - Need Help

Gratislavia is opening a new intelligence organization on NS. However, we need some veterans and popular nations on NS. So, who are they?
Gratislavia, want to add anything?
My factbook has been in disarray since Imageshack was subject to new management
Formerly Venezue, founded in June '09 now Lemonius, regularly 'inactive' since 2014

EYES is an inteligence agency dedicated to protecting the democratic nations of the world and to for lack of better words OBSERVE radical nations who would do harm to the free people of the world after all if the threat is indentified it can be obbserved and REMOVED so that democratic nations can protect each other it would also work as a way to identify invasions on the free world

It's going to be in II as a alliance sort of thing, but Grat' is relativley new and needed to know some veterans or popular nations that would get on board.

But, I'm not MT anymore...


You don't need to be MT. But the one I'm most worried about (MT anyway) is GWO. FT is Nick so... Both techs have their part to play.
