First Constitution of Angwantibo Ratified

Assembling at the base of the formidable mountain and navel of the known universe, Networked Doggerland, representatives from the extant nations of the Tensegrity of Angwantibo assembled to discuss matters of state, namely, the constitution of the state itself. Joining them were the spatiotemporal apparitions of the leaders of future member-nations of the Tensegrity, who passed through the veil of time to ratify the constitution as it happened. The proceedings lasted for many days. When the final representative arrived, they proclaimed that the Tensegrity of Angwantibo would indeed last until the end of the universe as we know it, beyond which there are no known knowns. Neither baleful typhoon nor harrowing lightning storm could stop the solemn ascent of the representatives up Networked Doggerland. Atop its peak, the highest of all high places, the yawning expanse of Alkaline IX emerged from the stormy mist enveloped the landscape. The Constitution, once ratified, was witnessed by the Great Axis of the Seven Biotopes, who declared it to be indeed, in Truthe, the Lawe of the land proclaiméd. After the departure of the representatives from other eras, there remained the delegation from the following nations:

Preamble
We, the nations of the Seven Biotopes, present and future, hereby declare by the authority intrinsic and inherent in our most universal congregation the establishment of the methodology of justice and righteousness to which our realms are subject, hereafter referred to as the Axial Tensegrity of the Angwantibo, to whom belongs our eternal fidelity in ancestral accord. It is our doom to stand here beneath the Vaults of Time.

Section 1: Charges of the Tensegrity
Article I: The Axial Tensegrity of the Angwantibo is a popular, secular, and free association of sovereign nations who are, have been, and will remain equal in status, dignity, and destiny. It is from this principle that all plenary and executive authorities wielded by the apparatus of the Tensegrity derive.
Article II: The government of Angwantibo, the aforementioned Axial Tensegrity, is charged with the defense of the independence and plenary integrity of the member-nations from whom its authority is derived.

Section 2: Membership and Residency
Article III: The condition of Residency is established as those nations whose domains are within the spatiotemporal jurisdiction of the Axial Tensegrity. Such nations are subject to the statutes and directives of the government of the Axial Tensegrity of the Angwantibo.
Article IV: Membership of the Axial Tensegrity is a prerequisite for participation in the governance of said institution. Membership is conferred upon those nations who pledge their allegiances to the Axial Tensegrity of the Angwantibo in public forum, and thereafter subjecting themselves to those statutes and directives established and enforced by said Axial Tensegrity.
Article V: All member-nations of the Axial Tensegrity are irrevocably entitled to legislative representation in the Biotic Congress.
Article VI: All member-nations of the Axial Tensegrity are irrevocably entitled to participation in the spatiotemporal chronology of the Seven Biotopes, hereafter referred to as Roleplay.
Article VII: All member-nations of the Axial Tensegrity are irrevocably entitled to a Freedom of Critique, by which they may voice dissent against proposed statutes and directives.
Article VIII: All member-nations of the Axial Tensegrity are bound to the statutes and directives of said association of sovereign nations, and are irrevocably entitled to the right to trial by a jury of their peers if placed under suspicion of violation. Such a trial by jury shall be presided over by the Axial Impetus, with three jurors selection by sortition determining the guilt of the accused in accordance with the statutes and directives of the Axial Tensegrity. To the Axial Impetus belongs the fate of the convicted.

Section 3: Axial Impetus
Article IX: The wielder of the gubernatorial authority of the Axial Tensegrity is the Axial Impetus, who presides from the Civic-Ceremonial Complex of Alkaline IX.
Article X: The Axial Impetus is selection by their predecessor and confirmed by a 2/3rds majority among the Biotic Congress, and is to remain in splendor until their voluntary resignation. The Axial Impetus is not to be bestowed gubernatorial authority until their confirmation.
Article XI: The authority of Successor belongs to the Satrap. who is selected by the Axial Impetus, and will inherit gubernatorial authority in the absence of the Axial Impetus. Should the Axial Impetus cease to exist, the Satrap will solemnly and swiftly surrender executive authority to a new Axial Impetus chosen by a simple majority from the ranks of the Biotic Congress.
Article XII: The Axial Impetus may furnish their cabinet of Regional Officers as they please, so long as successorship remains in the hands of the chosen Satrap. The duties and responsibilities of each position are to be established by the Axial Impetus, and their selected candidates must be confirmed by a 2/3rds majority vote in the Biotic Congress.
Article XIII: All administrative actions taken by the Axial Impetus that wield or are derived from gubernatorial powers, known as directives, are subject to scrutiny by the member-nations. As such, member-nations may petition against a directive.
Article XIV: Directives are to be recorded in an accessible and public manner.

Section 4: Biotic Congress
Article XV: The Biotic Congress is the legislature of the Axial Tensegrity to which the responsibility of authoring statutes is assigned.
Article XVI: The member-nations of the Axial Tensegrity comprise the Biotic Congress, and are responsible for the maintenance of its affairs. The Axial Impetus does not participate in the Biotic Congress.
Article XVII: The Biotic Congress may introduce statutes concerning the proceedings of the state of affairs within the Axial Tensegrity, and it may pass statutes laws into effect via a simple majority vote.
Article XVIII: All votes within the Biotic Congress are held over a 24 hour period, spanning 0:01 UTC time to the same time the following day. Votes are made public through the polling function of the regional administration. This article includes the provisional precedent for restricting voter eligibility to World Assembly members only, if there is reasonable suspicion of foreign infiltration of the voting body.
Article XIX: Member-nations are eligible to create and join voting blocs, political parties, and other civic institutions that dictate the manner in which votes are cast and legislation is introduced by its members in the Biotic Congress. Their function and administration is subject to the internal governing authority of the institution.
Article XX: Roleplay is within the dominion of the Biotic Congress. The Biotic Congress is charged with electing from its ranks a Roleplay Arbiter whose duty is to resolve conflicts and enforce standards in the spatiotemporal canon of the Seven Biotopes. The Roleplay Arbiter is elected by a simple majority holds office for six months, and may be recalled and replaced with a 2/3rds majority vote.

Section 5: Miscellaneous
Article XXI: English is the official language of the Axial Tensegrity of Angwantibo.
Article XXII: The symbols of Angwantibo are to remain unaltered and held in great respect and reverence.
Article XXIII: If there is a discrepancy between the statutes or directives and the Constitution, the Constitution is supreme concerning the matter.
Article XXIV: This document may be amended with the authority of a 3/4ths majority vote of the Biotic Congress.

I was in Creek-Town yesterday, and received from 'King Eyo Honesty' a small bush animal. The Calabar people call it Angwantibo, but we do not know the etymology of the second part of the word, and cannot say whether it arose from any habit peculiar to the animal. It lives in trees; but, being nocturnal, the people know exceedingly little about it.

Appalling levels of animal abuse. You literally start by saying that Angwantibo is a small bush animal, and in the same breath say it is a "constellation of nations"? So you literally placed a bunch of landmasses on a poor critter's tergum, and casually announce it to the world? Get a fucking heart, will you. No, seriously, even as roleplay, such behaviour shouldn't be tolerated on this site.

And "esoteric arts" and "speculative optimism" aren't even English words. I suggest being a bit more compassionate, and a bit more coherent, thank you.
