Blobovnia would like to create a late cold-war or 1990s tech, eastern-european style defence-economic-diplomatic pact similar to the Warsaw pact, Крэдзінскі догода, the Kredzin Treaty Organization or the Kredzin Pact (Kredzin is the capital of Blobovnia.).

My (very basic :Þ) lore idea, which of course would be subject to changes at the hands of members, is that it is founded in 1998. Two years after dictator Bruttleski was deposed and the alliance of authoritarian nations he made was dissolved.

WIP proposal for RP or IC rules.
1. Mutual defence: nations that get attacked must be assisted by other nations in the pact.
2. Technology sharing. The most important nation*s must share their technologies with any member-state if requested. Nations who produce their own technologies may share with any member-state. Anyone may share export technologies, i.e. lower quality, surplus or other technology that isn't classified, with nations of other pacts.

WIP proposal for rules outside of RP.
1. Leadership. We will elect a nation, or multiple if the members want, who will make the important decisions of the pact. No one will be excluded from power, and freedom of speech is enshrined, however a nation*s with stronger authority to make decisions about e.g. military and politics.
2. Nations who conduct themselves badly (I.E. trolling, bullying etc.) in the pact forum will be warned via telegram, if one doesn't heed multiple such warnings it may lead to expulsion from the pact.
