Berb wants to convert his region to Frontier, but if Berb do that will get very screwed by little evil raiders that inhabit this game. Berb looks for any WA Member to join. If you are of chad defender army and wish to help make Berb safe, you are free to do so.

OK, I need to warn you something:
Unless the delegate has, like, hundreds of endorsements or something, and the region has an endorsement cap, don't convert to a frontier. Raiders are out there and they have been striking innocent regions more than ever (for example, Europe) (and no, this does not include the regions that were raided for a good reason). And make sure your region doesn't harbor a single fascist no matter what.
