Issues is how. You usually will get an issue within a day or three, on Full Throttle, that'll have an option where you have the opportunity to reverse your decision, especially if it was drastic.

Gameplay also covers Issues, the only legitimate form of gameplay that is actually part of the game; Raiding and Defending is an accident that's allowed to exist but is not originally part of the game.
