For some reason the landscape became barren. help me fix this.

If you need help with your stats due to a choice on a daily issue, your best bet would be to look around in the Got Issues forum, since they deal with issues and stat changes in there. There's also loads of information available on what issues can impact what stats that you can reference to steer your nation in the desired directio.
