Excellent question! I understand from where you are coming, seeing the similarities. InterLeft aims to become an alternative of NSLeft, as portions of us believe NSLeft is misguided. When it comes to ideology, we are more permissive and do not shun people for not agreeing with us, members opinions are acknowledged and respected as long as members maintain some basic human dignity.

Unfortunately I, as the person who runs this account, are not a part of the ex-NSLeft portion so I could not tell you why. I can return to you within a day with a more comprehensive and detailed answer if you like?

Not really the objective, more of a slightly more accessible alternative to NSLeft, which as of the last I was aware hasn't really accepted new members for a while now.
We have plans to have some things that NSLeft doesn't have as far as I am aware, such as a combined interregional RP, fun polls and art competitions. Not exactly a carbon copy.

the last time I checked, neither UGON or UESR were founded by people kicked from NSLeft, and UGON has about one current member (Kesmaria) who is. TFPU is a different matter, however, so you're only 1/3rd correct.

We are more of a development in progress, but we really are getting a lot of work done, and are very organised between each other.
Honestly this here is a great idea, and with a bit of work from all of interleft, it will be an amazing achievement.

TFPU is trying to cut itself off from the "TCNTW" name. No matter what we do, TCNTW's just going to look like a homophobic, transphobic, overall bigoted place.
Nah, that honor goes to "The Communist Lands" nowadays. I understand that people are probably just going to clump us all into one pile since people don't tend to look at things beyond face value (no offense to anyone in particular, I'm just saying what I've seen), but TFPU is trying to move away from the old name. None of the people who were problems are present and haven't been for some time. I saw TFPU brought up and wanted to clear things up. I know it doesn't matter, though. Probably gonna get yelled at for bringing this up.
