If you join the region, you get a free position.

We're desperate at this point even though recruiting has been tried.

Well the delegate has to be in power for 36 hours (or something like that) to give ROs border control power, plus influence is always an issue, so it was less their fault and more the fault of Repreteop being a shitty point and moving their WA out of the region in the middle of a raid.

Considering I was not even delegate or the leader of that raid, you have no right to say that. Repteteop for some reason chose another target.
