What are the pros and cons of joining the WA?

I am thinking of joining it.

Pros are:
Voting in WA resolutions
You can endorse people in your region for them to have a higher chance of becoming delegate
Support liberations
Become a WA delegate of your region (since other WA members in your region can endorse you if they like you)
You can get commended for your good work

Cons are:
Your NS stats may get effected by different resolutions (I remember my pacifism was in the top 1% and I didn’t answer any issues after that but it suddenly went down to 2%)
You can get condemned (but some people like that oddly enough)

This is all the stuff I can think of but there may be more that others put

Just for the record, money paid to the WA doesn't affect your stats - only WA resolutions.

True but another reason for that sudden decrease is an influx of nations higher than you in that stat, rather than the stat value changing.

Because it is IC. It is a reward for playing the villain well. And you don't need to be in the WA, so this shouldn't be on here. And even if it was, it should be a pro, not con.

Yeah I had a feeling I would be incorrect in the commendation/condemnation. Thanks for confirming though. As for the influx of nations thingo, on the graph, it actually went down, not just my percentage.

On the 'Pro' side, you can also submit proposals as long as you have at least 2 endorsements.
(You can draft them, and get involved in RP in the GA forum -- which some players enjoy doing -- even without joining, of course, but there's not much point in drafting proposals that are not going to be submitted...)
