We have two things to cover.
First, the Banning Regional Officers From Having Border Control Authority Act (link here: https://www.nationstates.net/page=dispatch/id=1529740) was repealed, with two people voting to repeal it and zero voting not to. I will introduce legislation to replace it soon.

Second... TGU and Company have detagged multiple regions in the last few updates, including our first time detagging multiple regions. This is an achievement we have worked hard for, and we are happy to see it finally happen. Here are the details:
April 18th Minor
Regions Detagged: One
The Umanatal Stellar Confederacy
Trigger: Georgia Tech Fan
Helper One: The Universe World (Useless Puppet)
Helper Two: The Hurricane

April 20th (AKA 4/20) Major
Regions Detagged: TWO
The Mappers Union
Jenny
Triggers: Georgia Tech Fan for The Mappers Union and The Hurricane for Jenny
Helper One: The Universe World (I used multiple puppets as I participated in both operations, without breaking WA rules of course)
Helper Two: The Galactic Federation of Avalon (Agent of GUN), who only participated in Jenny

These are starting to look like detags now. Not many take the time to look up old region tags, so that's neat, although appointing your entire crew as RO seems excessive.

My questions that remain are why, in the case of The Umanatal Stellar Confederacy and The Mappers Union, which had no founders or BCROs, did you feel it needed to be a triggered detag? Further, how are moves that are half an hour to four hours out from update considered to be "triggered". What is the trigger for these moves?

Thank you! Since we do small batches of detags, it is easy for us to look up the old tags. We appoint everyone as ROs so we can all work together.
When we say "trigger", we just mean the person who became WA Delegate .

So uh, just a heads up, I'm fairly sure the person becoming delegate is widely referred to as "Point"

Trigger over here usually means the person who calls the go for the update force. Which I don't think your group uses, so not too important.

We have no plans to use our powers, nor have we ever after leaving. It seems everything we do is criticized at this point.

I have now resigned from all of my “positions”, which I never used. If our practices are criticized again after this, then it will clearly be grasping at straws.
