Holiday greetings! As the Christmas season has rolled around again, so too has the third year of the NationStates Christmas Charity Fundraiser! This year we are raising money for Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders). Toss on a santa hat and come join from December 11th to 25th for games, events, and livestreams from the participating regions! The fundraiser will feature a variety of events from participating regions, which may be viewed in the spoiler below, as well as livestreams run by the NSCCF team, which can be found at our twitch (Streams Calendar is also in a spoiler below).

Thank you to everyone who donates! Large or small, Médecins Sans Frontières is a medical humanitarian organisation who provides aid to those who would normally not have it due to disasters, epidemic, or conflicts.

We're only going to be able to do this with future streams unless our Tech Gremlin in Chief Syberis finds a way to get clips of the previous streams together.

Also, we have just added 2 more streams to the calendar so go check that out.

Also also, did you know we're just $100 from being 50% of the way to matching last year's total, after just 3 days? Anyone who wants to help us get halfway by the end of the day just needs to click here.

yeah the whole raising the target thing feels kind of bitter. I donated what I did to close the gap and i know it doesn't matter in the end but it doesn't feel right.

Hai. Raising the target isn't anything new for us as we raised it last year continuously as well. The point is to encourage raising more for charity, and obvs we appreciate any donations that get made. The event is 14 days long so we like to keep the ball rolling ^-^

Nods, definitely something we can work on in the future in terms of messaging, without distracting from the real achievement which is that we've raised more in 6 days this year than we raised in around 9 days last year & that people can help us race even further ahead by donating here!
