what does a world rank mean, and how do i get one

A world rank is a ranking depending on your statistics. In order to get one, just answer issues. However, there are some other ways.

For population, do nothing. Just wait...

Answer issues to get Trading Cards. Then become big brain and expand your deck value.

Stationary depends on your time in a region.

Finally, influence depends on your influence in a region.

Also, if you are in the WA then the passage of GA Resolutions affects your stats.
The Confrederated Clans (and other Confrederated Bodys) of the Free Bears of Bears Armed
(includes The Ursine NorthLands) Demonym = Bear[s]; adjective = ‘Urrsish’.
Population = just under 20 million. Economy = only Thriving. Average Life expectancy = c.60 years. If the nation is classified as 'Anarchy' there still is a [strictly limited] national government... and those aren't "biker gangs", they're traditional cross-Clan 'Warrior Societies', generally respected rather than feared.
