Can someone with recruitment experience help?

This should probably be under Technical, but can anyone help me?

I want to send recruitment telegrams for our region and I’ve wasted the whole day not understanding “simple” instructions. I prepared a recruitment telegram, sent it for approval (or so I thought), received something in return that looked like an url address. That’s disappeared, and I don’t know what to do.

I’ve been playing this game for more than 17 years, but have not tried to recruit in the modern age. (Our methods in 2004 were labour intensive, believe you me.) I am useless at this sort of thing and would appreciate help.

Open TGs, then go to Sent, show mass telegrams, find the TG, click delivery reports (bottom right on TG), then copy the template. It has instructions there:

"This is a telegram template. To wire a copy to someone, paste the following as the body of your message:

%TEMPLATE-13152988%

Note: You don't need to check the "recruitment" or "campaign" box every time you send a copy: the category is set by the template."

If you want to send the TG via the API, which is super slow/requires having a computer on the whole time it's slightly different.
