What's up with betales and deer?

I keep seeing nations with the following traits:
- currency is 'betale'
- national animal is 'deer'
- motto is usually pretty short and minimal
- classification is often queendom or queen's state

What's up with these? Are they all puppets of the same person/group?

"Betalen" is a dutch word for "to pay"

And I had switchers to help liberate regions. They didn't have much variation either. Or it could be cardfarms. Some individuals have 100 or more cardfarms.

Yeah, pretty sure it's a puppet network, though I don't know whose it is, and other people I've seen mentioned it just referred to them as Queen's State puppets too, so I'm guessing they don't know either. I did also notice that they seem to found regions with names of places that exist IRL.
