The Raiding of the New Pravian Order

So my region New Pravian Order got raided a couple days ago, and they kicked most people out, and I don't have any endorsements, so I can't even put in a proposal to the WA/SC, these people don't even deny that they've raided the place despite the description saying "Liberated", so it'd be much appreciated if I can get some help bringing my region back to order.
