Ironically that would make my main ineligible for the voting. I have a puppet with the WA on it because I didn't want my main to be tainted by it's influence.
But I'm in agreement. WA nations would make a lot more sense.

Randomness is like that! It's not a round robin where all nations would be voted on the same number of times.

Once the event is six hours old, you are less likely to be asked to vote on nations with few/no votes. Beginning then, there will indeed be a kind of snowball effect. But nations earn points based on the quality of the nations they are preferred over, so they can catch up quickly. That is, it's better to be preferred once over a popular nation than to be preferred several times over an unpopular one.

Right now, though, it is purely random draws.

Kinda sad considering my Nation did not get shown to anybody, this event was a real bummer. (And thing is is that if it did get shown to another nation it probably would have been picked because of my pretitle) kinda saddening.

I just voted for a TON of puppets and nations with the default flag. This is an April fools event, after all - messing with everything is pretty much the whole point.

so does anyone know what time this actually ends tomorrow?, I wasnt on when it started and have no clue when this started so I dont know when that 28 hour time limit is up.

You have a April 30 2008 join date. Nationstates DS was the 2009 event and April's Fools for that was just a screenshot of what NS would be like on Nintendo DS.

For sheer boringness and inanity I'm sure that is worse than this year's. And we haven't mentioned the ones many consider actively harmful, like haxxors.

A feature suggestion that I would like is to be able to see my own nation's card. Sure, I can see the ranking, but to be able to see the card itself? Kinda difficult.

It would help especially when you want to change your banners or your mottos, or your flag. (Yes, you can change them and the card will reflect that).
