Balancing Average Disposable Income w/ Taxation

Postby Conservative Republic Of Huang » Thu Mar 25, 2021 10:39 pm

After coming back from a long hiatus, I re-oriented the direction I was taking my nation stats-wise. My tax rate has increased significantly, which I don't mind, but my average disposable income has dropped precipitously. I was hoping when I began that I would have enough economic growth to hold up average disposable income even with higher taxation. What I want is to stay around my current taxation rate, but also return my average disposable income to at least 50th percentile. After clicking through the stats ranking pages, I can already see a clear, strong inverse relation between taxation and average disposable income. Is there anything I can do to raise average disposable income while maintaining my taxation rate?
Pro: Direct democracy, e-democracy, parliamentary sovereignty, state secularism, non-violent direct action (striking), police reform, syndicalism, democratic workplace management
Anti: Most types of representative democracy, ultra-nationalism, imperialism, autocratic workplace management, the state

Get a higher average income overall, your average disposable income stems from you average income, and then divided by your taxes, so just get higher average income.

How can I do that without cutting taxes to stimulate economic growth and without raising taxes to spend on subsidies or other economic-growth promoting programs?

Answer issues that encourage economic growth without deregulating business.

Here are some graphs for your reference. Enjoy! ^^

Taxation, Average Disposable Income, with Business Subsidization and Economic Freedom as Z-axis / colormap.

Since your tax rate is 88%, it is still fine and you can still get a decent amount of disposable income. The problem comes when your Tax Rate hits 100+ %.

Business Subsidies help!

I obtained the data myself. ^^ 3-4 days of constant data trawling under the legal limit.

Then I do what I do best with Python.
