How do I set a nation as Delegate?

I'm trying to set the only other nation in my region - Arcaeas - as WA Delegate, but there doesn't seem to be anyway to do so. How can I set them as delegate?

They need to have the most endorsements in your region, then they can become Delegate. You can't set this yourself. So, in other words, you need to endorse Arcaeas and ensure no other nation has more endorsements than Arcaeas in your region, otherwise that nation will become the new Delegate.

EDIT: Oh, and you need to wait for the WA to update before the nation that has the most endorsements becomes the new Delegate. It updates every X amount of hours.

You'd also need to wait for the major and minor updates, which start at about 12AM and 12PM EST, and end about 1hr30m and 1hr respectively, afaik. Within this time, your region will update. Major is in a few hours.
