I made a new region, how do I assign a delegate?

You don't. It's whoever has the most WA endorsements.

EDIT: Also this doesn't seem to belong in Moderation. I'm sure a wandering Mod will move it soon.

The Delegate gets "elected" per se with endorsements.
This should be in the gameplay forum, by the way.

Electing a WA Delegate?

I recently created a region, and we are missing a WA delegate. I endorsed another nation in the WA, but I have no clue how to start an election for the WA delegate spot. Any help is much appreciated.

There is no "election" for a delegate. The person with the most endorsements when the servers update the delegates becomes delegate. Also, if you want the person you endorsed to become delegate, I dont think they can be the vice-delegate or other positions like that.
