Delegate of the Year
Ever since Sky Haven's first government was formed, Janus Rotasu in Flight has been proudly serving in the position of Sky Haven's World Assembly Delegate. A few days ago, Rotasu finally reached one year as Delegate!
Simultaneously, to encourage our residents to support our delegate, Minordomo of Culture Istillian Razedusk-Jormunr organized a card giveaway for those endorsing Rotasu, giving them a chance to receive a legendary card. Following the spinning of the wheel, Sugar-Off received a legendary S2 North East Somerset.
New Constitution!
Since the Carta Caelorum (CC) is so good, we figured it was time to make Carta Caelorum 2. A year after it was passed a discussion was started on a new version of the CC, the constitutional document of Sky Haven. Following its passing, Sky Haven's government received a slight restructuring, ensuring a stable government while also providing additional engagement for certain positions. Another notable change is that now Sky Haven's full official name is the Celestial Mandate of Sky Haven

UCR Con 4
UCR Con (User-Created Regions Convention) is an annual event organized by our friends in Caer Sidi. It allows player to experience the various UCRs that NationStates have to offer through showcases, lectures, and panels, as well as fun events.
Sky Haven has its own showcase at UCR Con 4 where you can get complimentary Sky Havenite hot chocolate. Feel free to stop by and enjoy yourself, and listen to founder SkyGreen (Brox Reple) on a panel about worldbuilding at 12:00 Eastern/18:00 Central European time.
