What's up, Gameplay? It's me, Koth. You may remember some of my wacky ideas from years gone by, which always seem to attract a lot of attention. This is one of those wacky ideas.

Let me introduce to you a little region called Entropy. It's nothing much yet, but it can be. Soon, I'll be purchasing a load of stamps and getting recruitment going, but I haven't done much else. Seems like a pretty half-baked concept. No theme, a few minutes of effort, what's the big deal?

That's where you all come in. Everything about this region will be up to whoever shows up to contribute. I'll essentially end up building up the region in whichever way the wind blows, and after 100 days of building, I'm going to hand over the Founder nation to whoever has the most WA Endorsements in the region.

Yes, you heard me right. Following major update on May 29th, 2021, the WA Delegate of Entropy will become the Founder.

I don't care if whoever the delegate is after that update is an invader who had never stepped foot in the region beforehand, I don't care if they've been in the region for 100 days, I don't care if they're a defender, I don't care about anything except I won't give up the region to fascists or a blacklisted player. I reserve the right to not hand over the region to anyone, but in the spirit of competition I don't want to go any further than that.

I will rule the region as King Regent until the 100th day, moderating the Discord server and having the final say on all decisions. And after that, I'm out. It's your story from there, and I want to see what you all come up with. I will answer any questions you have in this thread or in the server.

Let the chaos begin!

It's been a great start, with three stamp recruited members coming in within the first 12 hours. We've begun to embrace the chaos, and we hope that we can rope you into our madness soon enough.

Congratulations, and condolences, are in order for High Priest Raxion for his reluctant ascent to Entropy's first WA Delegate. Who will succeed him at minor? You decide.

The project has ended, with Cormac besting the competition to become the one true heir to the throne! I have passed him the region's founder nation and control of the Discord server (which you should all join!) and from now on, he shall be the voice of the region. From here on out, I shall be only known as the Regent Emeritus, and if you'd like to embark with Cormac on the next chapter of the region as he figures out how to shape Entropy in his image, join up and keep the history scribes busy.

I'd just like to take a moment, first of all, to declare victory over The North Pacific, The East Pacific, Europeia, and Thaecia. Personal pride in having bested two Feeders and their allies aside, I hope this will show UCRs that they do not in fact need to play second fiddle to GCRs to make waves in this game. So I'm declaring victory not only on my behalf, but on behalf of independently minded UCRs everywhere. We're going to make the rest of 2021 the year UCRs make a comeback.

I'd also like to thank everyone who came out to endorse me! We managed 53 endorsements on relatively short notice. I'd offer up a list of gratitude here, but I'm unsure how many people who participated would prefer to remain anonymous, how many were acting on behalf of their regions or autonomously, etc. But I'm very grateful for the endorsements and they'll be remembered, both by me and the government and military of Entropy as we move forward and establish ourselves.

Also, above all thanks to Koth for creating such a fun project!

Speaking of Entropy moving forward, having just been forged in the purifying fire of 100 days of chaos within, we will now be focused on spreading a little chaos without. NationStates gameplay has been stagnant for too long, with too many people afraid of rocking the boat and challenging the status quo. Entropy will not back down from taking on the powers that be, just as we did last night, so I hope anyone else who would like to send a shock through the gameplay system and finally get things moving again will join us! I'm also looking forward to Entropy making friends and allies who share our interest in shaking things up over the coming months.
