You are RPing as part of an airport. Not a region, not a country. A part of an international airport.

Or perhaps an manager of an overpriced souvenir store? Go right ahead! Or even a news stand shop, selling papers from all around the world!

And I guess you can act as a pilot flying in and out of the airport too. Traffic control is an interesting area as well.

And we haven't even explored that this is airport is in Kansai, Osaka, Japan only 90min train ride to Kyoto!

I'm probably overselling it even more than the OP, but is is brilliant. This is the innovation and fresh air ( get it?) we need in the scene.

Pun aside, the OP actually makes me wonder, but to be honest, even un-sarcastically, this is not too bad if you can evaluate it a bit more. RPing as an airport and managing flights and all that. Though of course, you do need to flesh out A LOT more.
