EDIT TO ADD: Also, really sparse OP there. I'll give you a chance to flesh it out some, but a thread really needs more than just a link to a dispatch to avoid getting locked. If you're serious about this region project, put some effort into its forum thread.

They announced this on an RMB of one of the regions I have an embassy with. I honestly think the OP is just fishing for attention; I see no other reason why they would do this, and then announce it.
