NSGE is back for another year!

This year, from the 5th of March until the 9th of March, the new NationStates Great Exhibition is full of interesting speakers, a panel discussion and several Q+A sessions for all of you to enjoy!

We also have:

• Around 20 speakers;
• A new forum;
• A New logo (created by the amazing Libertanny).

A full schedule will be reduced around one week before the event, and will include dates for panels, talks and Q+As.

Some Other Details:

This year, we’re going to be running applications for regional exhibits, which are areas on NSGE where you can showcase your region.

This year, we will be running applications to run your regional exhibit, where you can run games, events or just put up information.

If you do apply, you may get a maximum of two threads under a specific subforum for regional exhibits. This is good for showcasing your region to the wider realm of NationStates, as well as putting your region out there for other nations to see!

We don't ask for much in return, however, regions must find a way to promote the event once before it starts. This could entail anything from a discord message in an announcements channel to a region-wide telegram!

If you are interested in giving a talk or participating as a staffer, please telegram Agalaesia or LollerLand. You can also message Aga (Aga#3979) on Discord. If you have any questions, please contact the same individuals!

This is going to be great, we are planning an even bigger and more exciting event than last year!

Fauxia is referring to the thread title, which presently operates under the assumption that players will know what NSGE is - a risky assumption in a game where NSG, NSGP, NS GE&T, etc are all commonplace acronyms.

Putting the full title of the event in the thread title will help visibility.

Hello all!

The NationStates Great Exhibition has now officially started! This year, we have many talks, panels and events lined up for you.

But what is the NationStates Great Exhibition, I hear you ask?

The NationStates Great Exhibition (referred to as NSGE) is the only current pan-NS event, lasting from the 5th March to the 8th March. We feature partner regions (a full list will be published in the next few hours), as well as a large number of interesting speakers, who speak about a broad variety of subjects.

What will happen during this event?

You can view a full schedule of the NSGE talks and games run by NSGE here. If you want to see what regions are organizing, you can view the regional exhibits here.

Where can I participate?

You can participate by signing up to the NSGE forums and joining our Discord Server. Links to talks will also be posted regularly here.

Lastly, I would like to conclude this by thanking all organizers, partner regions and speakers for agreeing to give their time up and help with the event. I'm so happy that we made it to 2021, and are running this a second time. Thank you all!
