So have you just created pure anarchy? If so, then that's probably the best way to recruit for it. I like the initiative you have there, very different to the usual style of regions in NS.

also keep this in mind that in my region you can do whatever your heart desires and you cant raid my region

I say raid it anyway just to be a rebel. After all, you can "Do Whatever The Hell You Want" right?

Delegate is non-exec.. but is masked as RO so technically still raidable. Also there is a typo in your WFB thingy..

Fixed your spelling mistakes there for you. You are also missing a question mark at the end of your first sentence, a capital S at the start of your second sentence and a period at the end of your second sentence.

Your WFE is also grammatical nightmare. I can stand for a region that lets people do whatever the hell they want, but I will not under any circumstances stand for bad grammar on a WFE!
