Your economy isnt better than mine because Trout Fishing is hard carrying my nation THAT much. Imagine if my other industries were at least average.

Be a dictatorship. There are lots of issues about democracy which are only eligible to nations who are already democracies. There are far fewer dictatorship-based issues, so a dictatorship will probably receive more economic issues.
