Congratulations I guess? I mean, I don't get the significance of this. RLA ceased to exist in April 2009, and was refounded in June 2009. Then it again ceased to exist in September 2012, and was again refounded in February 2013. Then it ceased to exist for a third time in March 2020, and is now refounded by you. So, uh, why is this refound that took no effort and took no finesse or planning so important that it needs it's own GP post?

Because, you aren't the first one to refound this region and you most certainly didn't snipe it from anyone.
