It's less that you are invading with your "radical ideologies" than it is that a lot of your compatriots will be ill behaved hooligans, or alternatively they will place a great strain on the site's systems. Furthermore, there is the issue that a lot of the newbies will inevitably post low quality rps or spam which will ruin the community that the site has had for the last couple of years. As for radicals rising from the shadows? Bah, don't me make laugh.

Initially yes, but at some point the game will give you the chance to increase your deck capacity. It's costly though.
