Firstly, I would like to thank all of the staff who have worked tirelessly to put this event together, and have been committed to the event the whole way through, despite some minor issues.

Secondly, I would like to thank all of the speakers who have agreed to do a talk, Q+A or interview. The event simply wouldn't be the same without you, and although I haven't got around to personally thanking you all, I really appreciate the time and effort that you've put in to either write talks or answer questions.
