The stain of your association with us will never leave you. It's only a matter of time until another apology is demanded of you. The world is quite the unforgiving place.

It is not the apology that matters. You can apologize as much as you want to and nothing will happen if you don't do anything to change. Only the actions that come after your apology really matter. If you do nothing to change, you can't expect forgiveness from people.
If forgiveness does not come immediately, you wait it out. You take the backlash and the consequences of your actions. You prove to everyone that you are capable of change and that you are not the same as you were before. Your region failed to do all of this.

As I said, you would do well do realize this.

This. And the biggest thing I wish people would realize before posting shit like this is that nobody owes you forgiveness immediately. Change yourself for yourself and take a good long work to rebuild yourself and people will see behavior over time.
"I'm sorry, now forgive me or I'll openly double down on shit" is a bad take and CCD should feel bad for it. Take your licks for shitty behavior and get better without expecting everyone to suddenly love you for apologizing.

I would agree with this, although in a slightly kinder way
It's encouraging to see an acknowledgement of wrongdoing, but now's the part where you have to start making up for it. If you mean what you say, then you should know this, and act accordingly. I'm sure you'll do fine if you stick to your principles and mature a little- just give it time.

Forgiveness is only as dead as the actions taken to follow it up are. Acknowledgement is one thing, actual change is another. I tried to remind you guys this, but to no avail. As for your concerns over Rein, let him do as he wishes. Should his apologies go unaccepted, that is his concern. You have neither right nor reason to advise him, especially given how the advice you and your people have given continually reaped nothing but failures, myself being one of them.

I am not stopping him from attempting an apology, however ridiculous it may be. I am simply stating facts which, in my personal experience, have been found to be true over and over again.
I'll be waiting for them to come for you next to demand a public apology, given your own past experience with us, as well as your attempted infiltration, and attempted overthrow, of TNP's delegacy.
I take my leave for now.
It's been good walking back into the hornet's nest, that is, the forums, once more. Ta.

Were you blacklisted for your behavior and choices?
The hypocrisy in this statement truly is beyond belief.

Not just hypocrisy, it's disgusting in general. Why shouldn't people be able to apologize for their actions? OP apologized because they had a change of heart and realized their own wrongdoings, not because they wanted sympathy.
This type of thinking is morally wrong and I have no idea why anybody would think that.

That's what makes acting on your apology so important- it would be a much better use of everyone's time to accept the apology, move on and see if he lives up to his words, instead of pointless bickering about the ineffectiveness of public threads. He wanted us all to know he's sorry, now we know.
