Update raiders who move in the last second are impossible to spot and kick out before they end up changing the wfe and ejecting people but if you are the founder you can easily spot raiders by the themes. Usually the flag, numbers, or on the activity page where several endorse a guy and then move before update time.

Sleepers are more difficult to spot. Sleepers try to act as a native and will likely have a WA to get endorsements so raiders can take down the native delegate or reside for long time gain trust to get more influence. Some defenders won't know 100% between who's a native or sleeper but there can be hints if the sleeper isn't as good.

Noob raiders are simple. They move in hours before update and majority of the time join the WA recently. If you're a founder, delegate, or have border control eject these dudes. If it's a founderless region, and the activity page shows them attempting to have more endos than the delegate, eject these guys but you should tell your residents of having not go over endo cap or WA delegate firsthand by wfe. If it's a founder region, setting it non executive strips them of any power if they attempt a seize takeover.

Not always. Most (in)famous raiding forces tend to have similar flags, some don't. Often the sleepers never used these time of flags. Using random - or rarer, original - flags. The only way to know there is a raider is usually too late, as proper raiding forces attack within minutes of an update.

Sleepers are a thing, you know. Plus, not every raid ends in banjecting everyone.
