So I've recently got back from my overly complicated relationship with my boyfriend for five years 2 months and 6 days and then I don't know how I remembered my old nation … But fortunately its still here and I just need one more setting National religion. On the other hand lets hope that me and my boyfriend make it because if not I'll probably forget about this account again

OK... So most of your post was irrelevant to your question but if you’ve a population over 1 billion, you just need to turn on your issues and wait for it.

If I'm not mistaken you need a large population (>1B), which you have. Now you just have to wait and receive this issue. Upon answering it you should unlock the religion field in your settings.
