To the Confederation, and to NationStates as a whole:

The one thing I didn't touch on in this statement is Riakou himself. I'm sure he's going to have people praising him, congratulating him, submitting commend proposals for him, whatever. Just know that he was one of us for over a year, and Jocospor and I know him a lot better than any of you do.

For the record, Riakou purchased well over 100,000 stamps for the Confederation's recruitment efforts over a period of more than a year. He didn't do what he did for good, or because he believed the Confederation was toxic, or had gone "a step too far". He did it for fame and to advance his own career in NationStates.

And the Confederation will watch on as the NationStates community decides to congraulate his efforts, despite having absolutely no idea about his intentions.
