Does Socialism Cancel *all* Private Industry?

So long story short, I have the option to instate Socialism in lieu of Capitalism, and I'm heavily considering it. However, I do want to allow for some private industry. Just many important industries, like healthcare, pharmaceuticals and the like would be nationalized. Does having the Socialism policy ban all private industry, or can you have both with just a leaning one way or another? Thanks.

If you install socialism you will have a socialism policy, plus to answer you question it basically abolishes private industry.
