Revive Regions?

Hey I was wondering if it is possible to revive a region that disappeared after all nations left it or were removed due to inactivity?

Yes, you can. Even better, you will be founder. Note that it will be the region in name only, but you can do it.

No, not that I know of. You can create another region, however

You can, but the RMB history etc of the original region is lost.
