Is there a thread which explains how regional and/or national constitutions should be written, taking into account various circumstances?

I certainly had an unusually hard time putting this into words... :meh:

Besides using legal language and making sure you avoid any inconsistencies, you can write a constitution however you want. What I would recommend is looking at examples of good constitutions, and try to find one similar to what you are aiming for. Europeia has a really good constitution for a democracy. The feeders all also have good const. in different variations.

You might want to also explore national constitutions that currently exist, as most governments have one online for view.

But a neat site exists that lets you compare them: https://www.constituteproject.org/search?lang=en

For example Austria and Canada: https://www.constituteproject.org/searc ... anada_2011
