Eligibility

I recently banned smoking in my country. I want people to do as they please without harming others and I thought about how secondhand smoke is harmful to others as well as the environment. After I made the policy I realized that banning on drugs and things tends to increase demands and make those items more dangerous than before, so now I want to reverse the policy and just heavily regulate it. How do I figure out if I can get another smoking related issue? I don't know how to figure out what issues I'm eligible for

For a long, long time there was a problem with folks not being eligible for smoking reversal issues. I wrote an issue with no validity checks besides having banned smoking ~ a year ago, so at minimum you should be eligible for that one. No telling when it’ll roll around though, good luck!
