Africa, One of the Oldest Regions in NS, Has Been Refounded

A little under 48 hours ago, it was founded again.
Refounding one of the oldest regions in the entire game was a massive undertaking, but it was made possible under the direction of the African Government and with the help of its allies.
With the assistance of the Assembly of Regions, we were able to hide the flow of refugees out of Africa under the guise of a cultural exchange program.
This allowed us to sneak refugees out and reinforcements in without alerting raiders to our true goal.
Once the reinforcements were in Africa, they were able to assist with further evacuation efforts.
