The Government of Europeia is currently working to bring the Arnhelm Declaration of Recruitment Standards back up to active maintenance and we maintain our status as registrar, per clause (8). There shall be an announcement in the near future.

Wow, when you try to do some good and a group of sour patch kids pitches a hissy fit. Like hey great job to any regions that are doing better for the community.

I have to wonder though why is such a great document that has such great potential, now dead and useless as described by Greatest Bestest Nation.
If the purpose is of such significance then why did it go inactive. What were the causes and or reasonings for such inactivity. Surely the document is still of great significance and that maybe the owners are just a tad behind in maintenance efforts that could be due to a variety of reasons. I know if I was having trouble keep up with important documents that are meant to create a positive community then I would be much appreciative of someone taking time out of their day to help myself get caught up and back on track. I mean......my lord what kind of monster of a person would help make my job easier, time for a public flogging. People really should be ashamed of themselves for trying to help make other's lives easier. Yeah that kind of mindset and we all wonder why the world is the way it is and why life sucks. A little human decency and civility can go a long way.

It's useless because it's common sense at this point not to recruit from other regions (hence, why all relevant and important regions don't do it.) There are literally 4 regions in the entire game that I can think of which poach, and 2 of them are universally blacklisted anyway, while the other 2 don't really care about wider GP. It's simply not needed anymore when everyone follows it anyway, and trying to take over against the wishes of the document itself is in fact wrong, and is breaking the international law that you agreed to.

Guess this resolves the issue anyway. Surprised Europeia is going back to maintaining it all of a sudden, but I ain't complaining.

Enadia has ratified the Arnhelm Declaration via the regional legislative process. Enadia shall now sign the Arnhelm Declaration.

Please let us not become victims of our own complex hatred. We have many things to cherish and fight for. Enadia fights alongside every other NSGP region and our goals finally align.

Not really speaking for my region here, but i’d guess TSP doesn’t want you to “fight alongside” them. Or many other NSGP regions, for that matter.
