I've seen a lot of threads with different nations designing applications on the NS Forums to establish formal diplomatic relations with other nations. Now, I was wondering if there was a general guide to starting such a thread, which I could use to start my own unique "Embassy thread".

I hope this was understandable, because I'm not a native English speaker.
